Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is the process of psychotherapy with a client who is in the hypnotic altered state of consciousness.  Hypnotherapy is a great way to reach your goals in a timely manner.  It is non-invasive and it is relaxing.

Hypnotic trance is the simple shifting back and forth between the conscious and the subconscious mind.  This is a natural process that occurs 80% of every day for most people.  Hypnosis allows access to the subconscious and deep unconscious.

When in a hypnotic trance, you are in a state of focused concentration.  The subconscious mind is accessible in this state.  Speaking directly to the subconscious while in hypnotic trance makes it easier and faster to change thoughts, old behaviors, and release stored emotion.

Hypnotherapy is highly effective with treating:

Bottled up anger

Quit smoking

Weight loss

Addiction issues

Managing stress

Sleep problems

Managing pain

Enhancing sport performance and public speaking

Overcoming fears

Relationship conflict

Past trauma

Grief
